Il y a bien entendu la tristesse et la peine de chacun d’entre nous, habitants du Haut Clamart, conseil de quartier Trivaux – Garenne, mais aussi de tous les clamartois et des habitants des communes voisines devant le drame qui s’est produit mardi 2 janvier où une fillette de 4 ans à trouvé la mort en traversant la bretelle d’accès à l’A86 pour rejoindre la zone commerciale de Vélizy. Toutes nos pensées vont à la famille de cette petite fille à qui nous apportons notre plus grand soutien.
Mais il y a également un sentiment de colère et de révolte qui nous anime, car ce drame aurait pu être évité. La dangerosité du site était connue. Avant le drame survenu le 2 janvier, plusieurs accidents s'étaient déjà produits sur ce secteur. Les aménagements réalisés jusqu’ici n’ont pas sécurisé la circulation des nombreux piétions se rendant au centre commercial.
Depuis près de 2 ans, avec le conseil de quartier Trivaux – Garenne, nous demandons la construction d’une passerelle pour sécuriser l’accès des piétons au centre commercial.
Le drame survenu mardi dernier a relancé la polémique sur la construction de cette passerelle au-dessus de l’A86. Le 29 décembre dernier, 3 jours avant l’accident, je recevais un courrier du Sous-Préfet d’Antony annonçant l’organisation d’une réunion de travail le 30 janvier prochain afin à relancer ce projet.
Depuis, fatalement, les choses se sont accélérées. Selon le Parisien, une réunion entre les services de l’Etat serait ainsi prévue dès lundi 8 janvier à la Préfecture des Hauts-de-Seine, afin de discuter du financement du projet et d’envisager des mesures d’urgence comme la pose de passerelles provisoires.
La sécurisation de ce secteur semble donc être enfin devenue une priorité de l’Etat.
Mais je suis scandalisé qu’il ait fallu qu’un drame affreux se produise pour que les services de l’Etat réagissent enfin et prennent conscience du véritable danger de ce secteur alors que nous n’avons cessé de les interpeller depuis plusieurs années.
